3-1產品生產核准認定提出時機：

3-1-1新產品生產前，客戶委託開發新產品或訂單確立後，需先行試作樣品提供客戶，確認、核可後始能生產。

3-1-2量產後因品質不良，必須再確認、核可時。

3-1-3客戶有設計、規格、材料、等變更時，必須再確認、核可。

3-1-4製程中有工程變更，或使用新治具時。

3-1-5生產設備有移動或更新時。

3-1-6生產中協力廠商有更動時。

3-3送件等級：

3-3-1製造單位主管應負責，將各部門資料彙整，並依送件等級提交核可。
